Welcome To
Coughlin & Company. Come experience the real difference our people will make in buying or selling your next home.
Coughlin & Company began in December of 1991 with a very different core purpose from most real estate firms:
"To glorify God and to be a faithful steward of all that He has entrusted us with, and to be a positive influence to the people we come in contact with and the community around us.”
We feel that because of our purpose we have become one of the South Shore’s most respected real estate firms. We view our role as providing advice and counsel to people as they transition through life.
In most cases any transition that occurs in people’s lives will involve real estate in some way. Perhaps a marriage necessitates the need for a home; perhaps having children drive the need for a larger home. Many times an empty nest leads to a smaller place.
In all cases Coughlin & Company has your interests and needs at heart. We know what it’s like to go through these stressful transitions and we don’t take them lightly. Let us walk beside you and help guide you in whatever you may be encountering with your current real estate needs.
The personal touch that defines our office.
I love helping people find the home of their dreams. People learn a lot as they look at different homes. It takes some time and work to help someone find the right home, but I really enjoy helping! Elaine Scales
What past clients say:
“We were first time buyers and Elaine helped us through what we was a very stressful process. She never lost heart and helped us find just the right condo.”
“Things got tight for us when I got laid off a while back and we began thinking about selling our house. Rick sat down with us and recommended we wait because of our particular situation. Rick’s advice was just right. We did end up selling about a year later, which was better tax-wise, and our house had appreciated a bit more.
Rick and his team provided us with great counsel all the way through the selling process – they are caring and competent. Thanks Rick!”
