Rick Coughlin
Coughlin & Company’s namesake truly cares about helping local people.  Rick is a third generation resident of Weymouth who is active in his community, his local church, and the local and state Associations of Realtors®.  He has been selling residential real estate throughout the South Shore since 1983.  He is married to the former Cheryl Swanson, and they have two adult children.  Oh, and if you’re into genealogy, ask Rick what he’s learned about his family lineage, which he has traced back to the Mayflower! 781.335.2357 x 100 email Rick

Welcome To
Coughlin & Company. Come experience the real difference our people will make in buying or selling your next home.

Coughlin & Company began in December of 1991 with a very different core purpose from most real estate firms:

"To glorify God and to be a faithful steward of all that He has entrusted us with, and to be a positive influence to the people we come in contact with and the community around us.”

We feel that because of our purpose we have become one of the South Shore’s most respected real estate firms. We view our role as providing advice and counsel to people as they transition through life.

In most cases any transition that occurs in people’s lives will involve real estate in some way.  Perhaps a marriage necessitates the need for a home; perhaps having children drive the need for a larger home.  Many times an empty nest leads to a smaller place.

In all cases Coughlin & Company has your interests and needs at heart.  We know what it’s like to go through these stressful transitions and we don’t take them lightly.  Let us walk beside you and help guide you in whatever you may be encountering with your current real estate needs.
